Omg the white bean chili is DELICIOUS! The soups change daily, but they serve this chili on Thursdays -- I would come back for this and their homemade wheat bread alone! Nice selection of sandwiches and salads at affordable prices. Lively atmosphere and friendly staff.
Really kind and generous folks who cook up tasty food! Very much enjoyed my lunch-to-go and would definitely return regularly if staying longer in McMinnville next time :)
We absolutely LOVE this place! Their food is fresh and delicious and I just love that their bread is soft and thick and also homemade. Don’t skip out on their broccoli cheddar soup it’s fantastic
love this place every time! i don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu, however, my current favorite is half a gobbler and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. the strawberry lemonade is also excellent and the fresh bread is incredible! we stopped in to have a brunch to celebrate our 3 year anniversary (dating) and had ab excellent start to the afternoon. we always eat here once if not twice every time i visit mcminnville from minnesota
The Sage. Sits on the second floor to a cute little store. Fresh made breads, sandwiches, soups, salads and tasty deserts. Atmosphere has a relaxed top shelf kind of vibe. Service - greeted upon first arrival with smiles and “Welcome In.” Explained to the waiter that I had never been here before and gave me the quick low down of “Everything is fresh and homemade daily minus the cheese cake. It’s not made daily. Lol.” Food had lots of flavor and freshness. Definitely not your typical run of the mill sandwich shop. If you had to decide between Subway or The Sage the decision is simple, you’d choose The Sage. Take my word for it and give The Sage a try.
